We then strategize where will be the most likely place for the targeted candidate to be located. Possible locations are comparable organizations, or companies whose background will likely cover the best training for our targeted candidates. With the targeted companies identified, we will then search our database to identify candidates we previously contacted and also start making contact approach to the targeted candidates.

After we have selected a list of candidates for the position, we will do the initial screening to identify the highest potential candidates for our client. At that time, our consultants will work closely with the client to select the best candidate for the position. This process may require further customizing the position to attract the highest potential candidate.

After a final candidate is identified, we will work with the client to package the terms of the employment as required.
